Can not say enough good things about Sam, Dawn and the whole team at Lee's. They care. We had our entire upstairs sanded and stained and wow, it is night and day. They taped off everything and took their time, were very upfront on what to expect in the process and just generally know floors, period. They are our go to for all things floor and maintenance. Thanks guys!

Lee's is a full-service hardwood floor refinishing company that we used to refinish our red oak floors in the main floor of our house. Lee's quote came in at the middle of the pack. They were very flexible with itemizing the quote and adding on additions to it for example to hand refinish our staircase. The job started on time and ended on time. The crew was good-natured and efficient. The office manager Dawn was attentive and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend these folks.

If I could give more stars I would!!! From the moment Sam came to give us an estimate I could tell that he knew what he was talking about. He covered everything from pulling out our 1980's tile and fake wood floors to how the process would work until the finish. Sam, Dawn and every one of his crew members were so easy to work with. Each one was so wonderful and they truly cared about their workmanship. After working all day they always cleaned up and left the house livable until they end. We had existing, old, orangey wood floors in one of our rooms and they matched it exactly with the new walnut wood floors. Our floors look amazing. They truly transformed our entire house. I highly recommend Lee's Floor Service!!!

Not only are Dawn and Sam two or the kindness people I have met, they know so much about their craft! I would HIGHLY recommend them. Their staff is also extraordinary!

I had a bad experience with the previous company that refinish my floors so I was really nervous with Lee's. Sam and Dawn were great. They were patient with all my questions addressed and relieved my fears. In fact, the floors were amazing when done. They coordinated the color well. Give detail instructions on keeping looking good longer. They did a great job of covering and keeping the dust down to a minimum from the sanding. I'm super please with their work.

I inquired about having our floors finished and within 2 minutes received a call from Sam. He stopped by 2 hours later, on a Sunday. We went over the job and he knew we were wanting this finished asap. His crew came over three days later and wrapped up the job by the weekend. Roger and his crew did a great job matching the color to the existing floor and did an amazing job on the finish. If you're looking to have your floors finished, Lee's Floor Service is the company I would recommend.

The team had to rip up old carpet and replace with new hardwood and then match the new hardwood with existing hardwood. They were meticulous in "lacing" in the new with the old and then they had to sand and restain the entire floor - old and new. The entire main floor looks like brand new and all of the guys worked from the first minute they stepped inside the door to the very last minute of the work day. They kept me informed on the timeline and were friendly and courteous as well. It made a challenging job much more doable and I am IN LOVE with my new floor!

Lee's Floor Service is the best! I have used them for countless refinish jobs in my historic apartment units and am always satisfied with their work. They recently installed new floors in 2 units and the finished product is amazing. Sam is also knowledgeable about new products and methods to keep our floors in tip top shape.

We contracted Lee's Floor Service to lace into an existing hardwood floor by extending our hardwood floors throughout the lower level of our home. The addition is seamless and the new section and old section both look like they were installed this past week.

Very professional, thorough and detailed work performed by Sam, refinishing our wood floors. Also some needed board repairs and floor vent upgrades. The stain Sam recommended looks perfect with our cabinets. We could not be happier with the result. If you are particular about your hardwood floors then I highly recommend you call Sam for hardwood floor refinish work!

Sam was able to squeeze us in last minute for an in-home estimate and then book time to do our floors a mere week and a half later. He was excellent at showing us the water damage areas and the places where boards would potentially need to be replaced during the estimate. His team was actually able to fit us in two days ahead of schedule which was terrific! The only piece of constructive feedback I would give is sometimes Sam's crew was not always in the know of Sam's idea of the schedule for our place so we had to adjust a little bit. It would also be great to see more stain samples if we eventually have the entire first floor converted to wood. Regardless, we will definitely be contacting Lee's Floors to do the job! The floors turned out amazing and we are at ease knowing they are better protected.

Lee's Floor Service is an amazing company! My new hardwood floors are more beautiful than I ever dreamed they could be. But the main thing that makes Lee's Floor Service so amazing is Sam, the owner. We were refinishing our hardwood floors ourselves and ran into a problem. I went to a distributor to talk to a sales rep to figure out a solution for our flooring problem. Sam offered to come and look at our floors to give us some guidance and instruction. He ended up coming back multiple times over two days, staying late into the evening with one of his crew members, and finished our floors for free! We just paid him for the product he used on the floors. Our floors are absolutely gorgeous, but more importantly Sam the owner is kind, generous, and an all-around great guy!

The experience we had with Lee's Floor was great from beginning to end. They were punctual and professional from the estimate to the job completion. I had old oak hard wood that needed repaired and refinished. The final product was great and we will be using them again in the future. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Wow! What an incredible job by Lee's Floor Service. I thought we would need to replace our floors and Lee's came in and refinished and it looks brand new!!! They even installed new floors in our office and it matches perfectly. They did a great job protecting our cabinets and masking off everything so our cleanup is minimal. Customer service and communication were awesome. Couldn't be happier.

While Joe and Candice shared the facts about the existing (to be removed) 1 1/2â  red oak being secured with 4â  nails into the joists they had an extremely high work ethic and powered through it. Sam was awesome and knew what he was talking about. His crew were prompt and very respectful. This type of job is extremely disruptive of the house because of sanding, sealing, moving. So be ready, this is a job that needs planning. After the job being done the w hardwood floors look better today than when originally installed. This is also an honorable company. They missed a part on the quote but decided to honor there original quote. I highly recommend Sam and Dawn at Lee’s Flooring.

My brother and I attempted to refinish original hardwood floors in a late 50â s home. We learned quickly that we needed a professional after renting multiple tools from Home Depot. The price was perfect for what we were asking, and they made time to get the project done for our needs. The floors look beautiful, and they took the time to show us different stain options. They met and exceeded our expectations for the work and time to get the project done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work.

I was worried this job was going to be expensive and messy, but I was wrong on both counts. Sam was knowledgeable and professional. I could schedule when it was convenient, and the job was done in half the time expected. My floors are gorgeous. I will definitely call on Leeâ s again.

Lee's Floor Service was great. All communication was prompt, they were reliable with their appointments, and the end product is beautiful. There was a section with water damage from our dogs' bowls that had to be replaced and the new wood fits seamlessly with the existing. They recommended some stain options and we could not be happier with the one we selected and the finished product. Absolutely gorgeous!
